Josh Burrell

I grew up in the valley attending both Yakima and Selah schools, where I graduated from Selah in 2006. I spent seven years as a cabinetmaker/finish carpenter, working on many homes in the valley before making the commitment to obtain my real estate license in 2014 and haven't looked back. Since then I have not only maintained a successful career, but I have obtained my ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Agent), and I am currently working on obtaining my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). I served as a board member for the Yakima Association of Realtors and the Education Committee from 2017-2020. What sets me apart from other real estate agents is the fact that I recognize every client, transaction, and market are unique in their own ways, and need to be treated accordingly.
